the apartment looked like a scene out of a horror movie, everything was dirty and the towels were practically falling apart. i expected at least a complimentary bottle of water, but apparently they think everyone enjoys dehydration. what a fabulous surprise upon arriving to a broken TV and a sofa that seemed to have seen better days. absolutley outraged!

Location is spot on! Just a quick stroll to the Bullring for shopping and Grand Central for trains. enjoyed the city views from the 8th floor—such a nice touch! The bed was lekker comfy for a solid night's sleep!
The kettle was a bit of a struggle. had to use a knife to press the button!

Amazing apartment with stunning views! It had everything we needed, like a washing machine, private bathroom, and a kitchen with all the essentials. The living area was cozy, and the balcony was perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Definitely a good value for money with great amenities and atmosphere!
